How we collect information

User-submitted information: Our website has several areas which ask a user to fill out a form and submit the information to us. Submitting information through a form on any part of our website is completely voluntary.
Website Statistics: We employ Google Analytics to collect & calculate usage statistics about our website. Non-personally identifiable information about our visitors is collected by Google every time a page is accessed on our website. These statistics include the date & time, the location of the page that was accessed, the user's IP address, browser type, operating system platform, computer capabilities, the website the user arrived from (if applicable), and related data.
Email: Customers may initiate email communication with us via clicking links on our website. The content of the email may contain personally identifiable information. Any such information is submitted voluntarily by the customer.

"Contact Us" form: This form is designed to provide a convenient way for clients to contact us without the need of a separate email program. Some or all of the information submitted on this form may be transferred to the (potential) customer's database record for the purpose of (a) communicating with the customer, (b) creating and/or updating the customer's account record, (c) cross-referencing with other data known about the customer, (d) marketing to the customer.
"Request a Website Evaluation" form: This form is a lead-generation device employed by our company and is used for (a) initiating contact with the customer, (b) providing the website evaluation service the customer has requested, (c) performing marketing research, (d) populating our sales database for further use in our sales & marketing efforts.
Usage statistics: The usage information collected by our website is cross-referenced and analyzed by Google's website statistical analysis software. We in turn use the resulting reports to gauge our website's performance, evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing & advertising efforts, get a better insight into our customers and their needs, and provide more personalized services to our customers. All information sent to Google through the statistical analysis software is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share any personally identifiable information we collect through our website with any third parties. Exceptions to this rule include:
- Some projects require the client to obtain and/or purchase third-party services. Such services include registration of a domain name, website hosting, software purchases, printing and duplication, and similar services. In such cases we will disclose the required information to a third-party and only the information necessary to complete the transaction. Any information submitted and in the possession of a third party is subject to the terms of the third-party's privacy policy.
- We will fully co-operate with law enforcement agencies in the case that collected information is believed to be evidence in a criminal investigation and/or the disclosure of collected information is required by the law.
